Job Description

  • Implement full cycle of SAP HCM project.
  • Requirement gathering of client s existing business process and alignment to SAP HCM practice.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP HCM and having specialization at least 1 or 2 sub modules organization management OM , personnel administration PA , benefit BE and compensation CM
  • Be able to provide guidance to client and team members in design matters and best practice.
  • Proactively proposed the work process and solution that fit to the business requirement and design.
  • Coordinate with other SAP modules or HCM sub modules for the completeness of design
  • Expert in configuration, functional specification development and testing

Qualifications

  • Design, implement and support solution for complex SAP SuccessFactors EC and Benefit process
  • At least 5 years of implementation for SAP SuccessFactors for EC and Benefit or a role module lead
  • Able to build up team and fulfill team members with payroll expertise
