- Work closely with the CEO to define and translate business strategy in HR/People Strategy
- Individual will play a role of CHRO, drive the HR Strategies, processes, policies and practices to encourage and sustain a high performing culture and productive workforce
- Develop and articulate the vision that underpins all activity, captures short-, medium- and long-term goals and provides a high-level activity roadmap, including investment plan, HR Initiatives and key change programs
- Establish self as the strategic partner to the business and instrumental in leading and developing people solutions aligned to the growth agenda
- Communicate the relevant segments of the HR Strategy across the workforce, to enable all HR team members to be aware of how they are contributing to the overall business strategy
- Ensure that operational activities in HR aligns to objectives
- Drive organizational purpose and culture including inclusion and diversity
Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Master’s Degree is preferred
- Strong background in HRM & HRD practices, principles and has held leadership roles or executive management level
- Proven experience in HR strategy, processes, policies
- Good knowledge of Thai employment Legislation, rules & regulations
- Competent in Talent Advisory, Leadership Advisory Development, Workforce Planning, Employer Branding, HR Consulting & Advisory and Change Advisory
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills
