Act as influencers and experts, building and deepening Accenture Digital business across accounts. They drive incremental sales on existing assigned accounts. Build and deepen relationships at existing accounts to expand work in new or existing areas of the business helping their clients to see the possibility of the future through differentiated offerings and services.
Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business.
Work with existing Accenture account teams to originate, shape and qualify opportunities that are profitable to Accenture and have a compelling value proposition to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Hub’s Director to interact and maintain close relationships with the client account teams to build healthy pipeline for the Hub.
  2. Business Development: work closely with clients and client account leads to develop opportunities and build the pipeline for the Hub and follow up on opportunities.
  3. Build strong, credible relationships with client executives as well as Accenture colleagues to sell Hub’s concepts.
  4. Understand Accenture Digital assets, offerings and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.
  5. Interaction with MD’s and client account teams to prepare the different client engagement services.
  6. Design and deliver workshops for C-Suite clients to help them to tackle their biggest business issues.
  7. Client engagements (e.g. workshops, co-create sessions) facilitation and Q&A.
  8. Status reporting and ensure that the Hub achieves the goals defined.
  9. Share the Hub’s services and offerings to client account teams
Skill/Experience Required:
  1. Master or Bachelor's degree.
  2. For Lead level, 8-10 years plus experience in sales role originating and managing medium to large deals.
  3. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, and an ability to foster relationships at all levels within the organization
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills – the ability to captivate an audience through powerful story-telling
  5. Experience of leading change and transformation programs
  6. Experience of a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, and ability to make connections where appropriate and add value
  7. Ability to lead, inspire and engage teams
