As chief information, data and analytics officer for Accenture, Penelope Prett leads the company’s global IT operations, including the infrastructure, services, and applications that enable Accenture people to work anytime, anywhere to serve clients in more than 120 countries. In this role, Penelope inspires the ingenuity of the global IT organization in unleashing the promise of technology. Accenture’s global IT professionals are at the heart of embracing change in platforms, the cloud, digital experience and enterprise applied intelligence, all underpinned by intelligent technology operations. Under Penelope’s leadership the global team is boldly transforming Accenture to a modern and dynamic enterprise. She is also responsible for cultivating relationships with primary ecosystem partners.
During her more than 25-year career with Accenture, Penelope has held many leadership roles across our client and technology organizations including several key industries. She has managed large transformation programs, in addition to sales and alliances in Accenture Technology. Previously, she served as the Resources Global Quality and Risk Lead. Over the years, she has gained significant experience with platform and industry ecosystem partners.
Penelope is active in Accenture’s inclusion and diversity efforts, working on a range of programs including LGBTQ initiatives and integration of veterans and other non-traditional talent into the workforce. She calls Atlanta home, and enjoys fly fishing, cooking, and quiet time with her husband on the weekends.
