YOUR MISSION
After a structured onboarding and training phase, you’ll contribute to a variety of testing activities - from functional validation to test automation and continuous integration support.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca
• Participating in functional and regression testing across diverse application layers and environments
• Supporting test data preparation, test environment setup, and automation execution
• Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage and defect traceability
• Monitoring, reporting, and documenting test results and incidents in line with defined QA processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE
We welcome candidates with different levels of experience - from motivated juniors with a first touchpoint in automation to engineers with up to 3 years of hands-on testing background.
You’ll fit this role if you have:
• Practical experience or strong interest in test automation (manual testing background is a plus)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tosca
• Experience in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Understanding of test processes, QA methodologies, and SDLC principles
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Good communication skills in an international team setting
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
Nice to have:
• Experience with test management or CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jira, Git)
• Familiarity with API testing and test data management
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 400€ to 2 800€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
