At Accenture, we will support you in developing strong analytical, communication, and systems-thinking capabilities while working on meaningful digital and system-integration projects.
YOUR MISSION:
Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Assist with translating business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
Participate in system configuration and parameterization under guidance.
Help maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to communication between clients, developers, testers, and project managers.
Assist with basic user research, usability feedback sessions, and preparation of wireframes or simple prototypes.
Gain exposure to business process modeling and IT system integration.
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE:
-
University degree (preferably Technology, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field).
-
Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, process mapping, or software delivery (internships or part-time roles welcome).

Advanced English language (B2+) and native Slovak (C2) language skills.
-
Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
-
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn requirements elicitation, documentation techniques, and process modeling.
-
Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
-
Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a structured learning environment.
-
Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.
Bonus Points If You Have:
-
Basic knowledge of German (B1/B2).
-
Familiarity with UML/BPMN, SQL.
