Come join Accenture as an HR Service Delivery Analyst! You'll tackle a variety of HR-related challenges - resolving policy issues, handling client queries, and collaborating with third-party providers using established procedures. You'll ensure the accuracy of documentation, update processes, and help maintain strong client relationships. This role offers hands-on experience across benefits administration, payroll, case management, onboarding, reporting, and more, all while working as part of a supportive team. YOUR MISSION:
Solve issues related to policies, client queries, and third-party provider interactions using established HR procedures.
Ensure accuracy of processed documents in line with objectives set by your manager.
Update processes and procedures to reflect acknowledged changes.
Develop strong client relationships and escalate risks related to client satisfaction promptly.
Perform preventive quality controls and take corrective actions when errors occur.
Work under regular local supervision to track progress against results.

Base & Incentive Pay Administration, Compensation & Payroll
Recognition and Rewards, Salary Survey Management
Contact Center Support, HR Portal, Global Mobility

Quality Assurance, Reporting, Technical Support
Workforce Management, Document Production
Employee & Job Data Change, Exit Management
Organization & Position Management, Onboarding
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
1-2 years of experience in a similar position preferred (HR, payroll, or administration).
-
Fluent Slovak (C1+) and English (B2+) language skills.
-
Experience in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs.
-
Knowledge of employee services with a focus on query and case management.
-
Ability to manage payroll processes within HR, including compensation, benefits administration, tax withholding, and compliance.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
-
Positive, confident, and motivated approach with a willingness to learn.
