We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives on solving complex data challenges in a dynamic cloud environment. If you're passionate about building modern, scalable data solutions using Azure technologies and love working at the intersection of tech and business, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR MISSION:
• Develop and deploy end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Services
• Handle both streaming and batch data ingestion, transformation and storage like a pro
• Design with security, scalability and retention in mind from day one
• Be a technical advisor to Data Architects and a go-to person for your team
• Team up with business stakeholders to deeply understand data needs and translate them into robust solutions
• Build cloud-native BI solutions that enable real-time insights and decision-making
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE:
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, relational & non-relational data and workloads (transactional vs analytical)
•Solid experience with Azure tech stack: Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADF (or in similar tools within AWS/GCP)
•Fluent in SQL (Postgres, MSSQL) and one or more languages like Python, PySpark, Scala or C#
•Agile mindset – you've shipped things before and you’re comfortable with change
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1), German language is nice to have
Nice to have:
• Certifications like DP-203, Databricks Certified Developer or similar
• Knowledge in Data Architecture, Data Cataloging or MDM tools (Unity, PurView, Profisee)
• Exposure to Machine Learning, Data Science or Generative AI projects
