Come join our Accenture Workplace Solutions team as a Receptionist! We’re looking for a new colleague to be the welcoming face of our workplace. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle reception duties, manage calls and mail, assist with reservations, and support both employees and visitors. Whether it’s guiding guests, processing workspace requests, or keeping our office running smoothly, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive and efficient environment. YOUR MISSION:

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail.

  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.

  • Ensure security procedure and policy by entering office premises.

  • Assign and modify access rights/create access cards in an electronic access control system in accordance with our Security Policy.

  • Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.

  • Process workspace and conference space requests.

  • Perform administrative duties.

  • Order regular office supplies when needed.

Požiadavky

WHO YOU ARE:  

  • Active university student (2nd or 4th year).

  • Some customer service experience preferred.

  • Native Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+) language skills.

  • User knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good customer service skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.

  • Ability to come the office in Bratislava.
