Join our team as an SAP ARO Tester and help ensure that enterprise systems comply with international lease accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) through high-quality, high-impact testing.
You’ll be part of our SAP Testing capability in Slovakia, supporting global clients in validating Accounting, Reporting, and Optimization (ARO) functionality within SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
YOUR MISSION:
Test configurations and customizations for SAP ARO processing in compliance with lease accounting rules
Validate ARO liability calculations and ensure seamless integration with Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
Verify posting of ARO provisions, asset capitalization, depreciation, and settlements
Simulate and test real-world business scenarios: retirement obligations, interest accretion, asset life changes
Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 / ASC 842 throughout testing phases (SIT, UAT)
Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate data migration and interface testing between ARO and related SAP modules (FI, RE-FX, AA)
Document results, report issues, and collaborate with functional teams and developers for resolution
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE:

Strong knowledge of SAP FI, RE-FX, and their integration points with ARO

Hands-on experience with lease and asset accounting processes

Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) and their system implications

Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA)
-
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
