Are you ready for the next step in your career as a Senior Contract Management Analyst? Choose Accenture and make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career! You will manage contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and client business requirements. You will also work closely with Accenture business/client units and project teams.
YOUR MISSION:
Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on a specific project or account.
Work with delivery and client counterparts to assist with day-to-day service delivery.
Drive process efficiency to current tasks and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team.
Identify and solve commercial and contract risks and issues and assist with reporting them.
Provide support for pre-award sales activities, support business with drafting contract schedules.
Assist with drafting and review of contractual documents (Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.).
Support in negotiations (document preparation and consolidation, administration in the relevant tools).
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 2-year post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.
Basic understanding of contract life cycle.
Fluent English (C1) and German (B2) language skills.
Understanding of general commercial contracting principles and regulations, subcontracting practices.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Team player, collaborative; able to work well with executives and non-executives
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced degree
Basic understanding of legal and compliance principles and commercial agreements.
