Come join Accenture as a Procurement Category Manager for Technology! We're looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Gallia technology category operations. In this pivotal role, you'll execute both global and regional strategies at the local level, ensuring outstanding value, stakeholder satisfaction, and top-tier supplier performance. You'll drive cost savings, champion service excellence and compliance, serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, and lead the development of local category teams and initiatives.
YOUR MISSION:
Implement global and regional Technology category strategies locally, ensuring alignment between country targets and overall objectives .
Lead and develop the local Procurement Plus Technology team, supporting business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Drive local sourcing opportunities and actively collaborate within the global category community.
Lead the execution of strategic procurement initiatives, ensuring effective contract implementation and utilization of preferred buying channels.
Oversee compliance, risk management, and performance tracking by conducting market intelligence and evaluating the supplier base.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to improve category performance.
Drive value-adding initiatives and support planning of sourcing activities.
Lead local sourcing projects from start to contract, including RFP design and competitive sourcing.
Implement supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Požiadavky
WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Technology, Economics, or related field
-
6+ years of procurement or category management experience, including project leadership
-
Experience in the IT industry and Technology categories
-
Advanced English language (B2+) and fluent French language (C1+).

Experience managing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
-
Proven expertise in category strategy, sourcing, and supplier management
-
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-
High proficiency with procurement tools and data analytics
-
Strong understanding of commercial models and compliance frameworks
-
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
-
Culturally agile and capable of working across global teams
