What will you do:

• Receive vendor response and trigger appropriate actions

• Finalize requisition with  updated requirements and information per agreement with supplier

• Validate and verify requisition is completed based on agreed procedure and ready for submission to preferred supplier(s) based on instructions for Procurement team

• Perform general office support functions and various administrative duties

• Gather and consolidate data

• Create value added Analytics and reporting

• Regular checking of requisitions in the respective databases, preparation of documentation materials for the client communication as well as internal use, check of the created Purchase Orders

• Prepare all administrative tasks related to the implementation of local initiatives and operational support of designed workforce

• Responsible for completion of straightforward, stand-alone tasks or transactions within detailed instructions and predefined procedures

• To create and maintain partnerships between customer service and external as well as internal customers in order to keep stable customer base

• To provide timely, accurate and relevant service related information in order for them to be delighted

• Solve problems largely by precedent with referral to detailed instructions/procedures

• Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools

• Finalize requisition with  updated requirements and information per agreement with supplier

• Solve discrepancies with suppliers

• Participate on trainings to obtain various information about procurement and sourcing, accounting, negotiation, effective and crosscultural communication, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

 

- Good written and spoken German or French language

- Good written and spoken English

- Microsoft Office on user level

- Good communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, team members and colleagues

- Ability to work on own initiative
