Accenture has been named as the leader—in both innovation and execution—in the HfS Research Blueprint Report: Digital Marketing Operations 2016.
HfS recognized that “Accenture maintains a focused approach on the end-to-end process, embedding automation and analytics to deliver business insights and outcomes”. The report also stated that Accenture’s “ability to replicate services across industry verticals and drive business outcomes is a testament to its talent and processes.”
HfS noted that “much of Accenture’s onshore staff are ex-agency talent, bringing an expertise and understanding of the traditional agency world with an eye toward the future” and that the “onshore/offshore balance is a smart approach to talent” with clients commenting that “Accenture flexes well in response to demand.”
The report also highlighted Accenture’s progress on embedding automation and vision for digital marketing operations evolution.
