In this role, you’ll be hands-on with payroll processing, benefits reporting, post-payroll activities, and handling overtime data. You’ll help to classify and archive records, support audits, distribute employee perks, and play a key part in onboarding and induction for new hires. This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Prepare and process payroll inputs, including illness calculations and overtime management.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee personal data changes, illness documentation, and doctor visit evidence.

  • Administer and update supplementary pension fund (3rd pillar) entitlements and changes.

  • Oversee systematic classification, organization, and archiving of physical and digital records in compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Participate in new joiner induction training, ensuring documentation is complete and communicate post-induction requirements, training needs and HR policies.

  • Distribute employee perks such as lunch and Multisport cards, and maintain the list of employee discounts.

  • Support post-payroll activities, benefits reporting, and participate in audits.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize payroll and administrative operations.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE:  

  • Min. bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of strong HR Operations and/or Payroll experience.

  • Advanced English language (B2+) and native Slovak language (C2).

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

  • Advanced organizational and communication skills.

  • Independence in performing work tasks.
