Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Within the Europe Procurement Plus (P+) organization delivering for Accenture internal client, the External Talent Sourcing & Contracting team will be supporting P+’s activities within contractors and recruitment agencies.
Your role includes the key responsibilities below:
Support implementation of the External Talent category strategy for ASG (Austria, Switzerland, Germany) local projects and initiatives.
Negotiate and deploy Accenture contracts to suppliers, including best practices metrics & SLA, in collaboration with the Legal department.
Manage internal stakeholders’ feedback on category organization & supplier performance.
Maintain the established monthly reporting for the External Talent Category and support quarterly spend and headcount analysis.
Perform supplier selection and negotiate commercial proposals with suppliers.
Ensure the highest level of compliance with local legislation, regulations and Accenture policies with the support of the Procurement Plus Risk team.

Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
A bachelor’s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education.
3 years working experience in Procurement or Staffing Industry including the ability to understand client requirements and executing Procurement strategies.
Fluent in German and English language.
High level understanding and experience in data analysis.
Extensive experience in sourcing and or contract negotiation and supplier management.
Proficient in MS office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to understand and communicate German nuances market, process, relationships.
Strong analytical, presentation, communication written oral, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Forward and solution minded, team player and with high degree of self-management.
Ability to manage multiple projects, adopt a flexible approach and prioritize tasks appropriately.
