WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for a Management Consulting Manager with passion for driving business transformation, preferably within Finance area, to join our team.
As a group of practitioners, we work very closely with our clients – as such we have a strong understanding of the challenges they face and the ways in which we can support them. We focus on developing and delivering leading solutions for our clients while leveraging our strong connections with wider European practices and our global Accenture network.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Building strong client relationships with focus on identifying and developing sales opportunities.
Creation of and participation in business cases and sales opportunities including analysis, budgeting, staffing, client negotiations and deal closures for both new and existing Accenture clients.
Managing and successfully completing projects, ensuring positive financial results.
Leading project team(s) of 5+ members, including team management, coaching, regular feedback and addressing exceptional situations.
Coordinating multiple stakeholders and project parties, adhering to our standards and methodologies.
Designing and implementing business transformations that drive industry-specific, functional and digital operating model changes.
Establishing short-term goals and strategic directions to achieve desired outcomes.
Communication and engaging with senior client representatives, including C-suite executives.
Preparation of complex project documentation.

Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
University degree (MSc / MBA related to Finance/Economics will be considered as a plus)
Fluency in English and Slovak language (spoken and written), German language will be considered a plus
7+ years of experience in consulting or experience from leading transformational projects in area of finance
Expert level understanding of the Finance area & processes, concepts and best practices (in at least one of the following areas of Transactional Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Enterprise performance management, Customer Finance)
Experience with ERP solutions for Finance and Accounting (such as SAP FI/CO modules, Oracle ERP, MS Dynamics 365)
Experience in identifying sales opportunities and conducting financial, material and staffing analysis, active involvement in RfQ preparation and client negotiations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including team motivation, conflict prevention and conflict resolution, managing extraordinary circumstances
Independent and timely decision-making within areas of responsibility, considering both internal and external factors. High adaptability, agile thinking and ability to generate alternative ideas quickly
Ability to identify and assess complex issues, predict challenges and timely implement preventive measures
Excellence in presenting complex ideas and outcomes in a clear and easy-to-understand way including verbal and visual presentation skills
Willingness to meet client travel requirements, if applicable
