Security & Quality Coordinator - contractor (all genders)

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

The Security & Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that security processes and procedures within the country or location are properly applied and adhered to. The Security & Quality Coordinator provides a variety of services to maintain the safety and security of employees and their working environment.

Key Responsibilities – Security area:

• Access management:

  • Responsible for keeping access cards data up to date

  • Assigning and modifying access rights in the electronic access control system

  • Preparing various access card reports and access lists which serve as input samples for internal and external audits

  • Archiving takeover protocols and visitors logs

• Security cameras management:

  • Performing regular functionality checks

  • Supervising installation/maintenance works in coordination with external provider

• Participating on Security Policy update and ensuring the provisions of the Policy are being followed

• Solving technical issues of the access control/monitoring system in coordination with external provider

• Communication with Landlord and other service providers

• Health & Safety:

  • Managing online training database

  • Organizing fire warden trainings and fire drills in cooperation with Health & Safety service provider

  • Performing and coordinating external vendors’ regular control activities on the fire suppression system

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Responsibilities – Quality area:

• Processing requests through an e-mail based helpdesk within the agreed SLA timeframe

• Preparing on-demand reports

• Actively participating in readiness and continuous improvement activities, as well as the audit process related to the following certifications:

  • SOC1 (Physical Security)

  • ISO14001 (Environmental Management System)

  • ISO27001 (Information Security)

WHAT WE OFFER:

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal minimum gross base pay ranges from 1300 € monthly depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.

Please note that this position is for a limited time period of 1 year.
