Job Description

We are looking for a teammate, who will be based in one of our offices Bratislava or Košice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Hiring for different platforms - IT and non-IT
• Be responsible for end to end hiring process (Talent sourcing, Interviewing, Offer management)
• Candidate outreach and networking
• Talent pooling
• Lead, support and advise the candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Relationship building with Hiring managers as a Recruitment Business Partner
• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations
• Process administration and improvement

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT

• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent acquisition (IT recruitment is a big plus)
• Experience with approaching passive candidates through online platforms
• Hands on experience with applicant tracking systems e.g. Workday
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving and organizational skills
• Fluent level of English language

WHAT WE OFFER

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1500 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
