WHAT WILL YOU DO
The SAP IS-U Senior Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SAP IS-U module. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the energy supply industry and a deep understanding of utility business processes. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the SAP IS-U solutions align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Participation on the implementation and enhancement of SAP IS-U solutions to meet business requirements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP IS-U module.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with business users and the SAP development team.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise and support in integrating SAP IS-U with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
- Support business users in the preparation of user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).

Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
- SAP IS-U Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the SAP IS-U module, including device management, billing and invoicing, customer service, and work management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant in the energy supply industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP IS-U projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and understanding of its impact on IS-U processes is a plus
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of utility business processes and the energy supply industry, including deregulated and regulated market environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP configuration and customization, with hands-on experience in ABAP programming (preferred but not required).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 2 800 € to 4 300 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
