The successful candidate will form part of a core team accountable for the successful customization, rollout and maintenance of the Client ServiceNow platform. Delivering and establishing projects related implementation and innovation for multiple clients, ensuring high quality standards and following best practices.

• Contribute to ServiceNow Solution implementation, according to your role in a project, which could include as Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner activities for: system configuration, development of custom features on client and server side, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support and others.
• Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.
• Provide expertise on requirements, prioritization, business value questions, related to ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure the Scrum Team to understand the business needs, and build this into the design and deliverables in line with the common Definition of Done.

• Provide transparency and ensure understanding of product goals / KPIs, OKRs through project phases to guide the implementation team members and affected people.

• Manage requirements into a maintained product backlog, with the most valuable items on the top. Drive refinement of the product backlog items to implementation ready state.

• Attend and clearly articulate value, priorities and requirement details on Scrum events: Planning, Review, Retrospective, other necessary activities (i.e. project specific).

• Responsible for product implementation planning, tracking and reporting using Agile software tools.



This is what you already have:

• Stakeholder management, presentation skill and technical understanding.
• Preferably university or equivalent degree in an IT-related field.
• Experience at Agile Business Analyst / Product Owner or product management role; in agile software development environment (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with client/server and Web applications implementation projects.
• Experience guiding teams by ensuring the understanding product goals, business value.
• Self-motivation and ability to help self-managing teams.
• Troubleshooting/problem solving skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
• Willingness to learn and get certified and renewed in ServiceNow / other relevant technology fields.
• Working proficiency in English.

This is what would be advantage for you:

• Previous ServiceNow experience in System Administrator or Application Developer roles. ServiceNow Certified Administrator and/or Application Developer and/or IT Service Management certificate(s) is big advantage.
• Understanding of technical and functional design best practices (ideally related to ServiceNow).
• Experience with other ITSM software (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP,etc.).
• Experience with AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Web Applications development projects.
• System integration project experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

• Knowledge of IT Service Management and Operations. ITIL Service Delivery processes and ITIL Certifications is big advantage.

• PSPO / ScrumAlliance CPO / PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language and vice versa.
• Experience with agile at scale (i.e. SAFe)

• Active knowledge of German language is an advantage for you.

From 1 830 EUR/month

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 830 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
