IT Support Engineer (position for students)

Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO
• PC installations for company employees, movements
• Track and maintain the asset inventory database
• Help other team members to deliver Services as defined in OLA
• Conduct periodic/regular audits to ensure accuracy/integrity of the asset inventory database
• Report extra services provided beyond SLA
• Continued self-study to increase knowledge of standard hardware, software and related company processes
• Effective prioritization within the scope of responsibility
• Recognition of technical problems, proactive resolution of inquiries and problems of customers
Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Student at university
• Good understanding of PC hardware, Windows system and Microsoft applications
• Spoken English intermediate level
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary
5 EUR/hour
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal hourly minimum gross base pay ranges from 5 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
