Job Description


You would be part of Operational Excellence-team being responsible for optimization program execution across Procurement Plus.

Execute cost optimization program:

  • Identify the good costs from the bad costs and realign resources to invest in growth, profitability, sustainability and trust

  • Extract and analyze data from Accenture primary systems e.g. SAP, MMPR, Radix-X by applying available tools and dashboards

  • Develop hypotheses of optimization potentials through forecasting, benchmarking and interviews

  • Collaborate closely with relevant local and global P+ stakeholders to validate hypotheses and to identify initiatives under considerations of procurement levers but also innovation and technology

Develop and align concrete action plans, policies and monitoring processes with stakeholders to ensure efficient realization of initiatives

Perform reporting and monitoring activities:

  • Track actual performance against targets and document achieved outcomes

  • Conduct regular status meetings with program sponsors to provide overview on progress, target achievement, value impact etc.

  • Partner with P+ 360 Partnerships leadership team to align cost optimization program with long-term strategic projects, plans and initiatives

  • Identify and manage pro-actively potential escalations and risk factors

Execute change management:

  • Drive change management and acceptance to ensure target achievement and realization of initiatives

  • Provide support along the cost optimization program and enable stakeholders to realize efficiently and effectively initiatives

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office with exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and interpersonal skills

  • Strong financial acumen and quantitative analysis

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a highly complex matrix organization

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
    Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost management and demand management in a highly complex and multi-national matrix organization
