Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

If you are a SCRUM Master who is able to communicate in German and you are looking for new challenge in your career we invite you to join our team. You can cooperate on the projects especially from German speaking countries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsibility to establish SCRUM practices and rules in SW development projects

• Close communication and cooperation with project team and stakeholders to ensure agile methodologies in project delivery are followed

• Educate team members and also other stakeholders in SCRUM process if necessary

• Ensure the SCRUM team is fully functional, productive and improving its quality

• Shield the SCRUM team from distractions and help remove impediments

Qualifications

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Experience with agile methodologies in Project Management, especially as a SCRUM Master

• Understanding of SW development specifics on agile projects

• Advanced English and German

• Willingness in active travelling and stay on-site if necessary

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 850€ depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
