Job Description
If you are speaking in German and English and you would like to build-up your IT skills in System Administration we invite you to join our team in Bratislava. Our daily job is focused primary on Incident and Change Management for our clients from German speaking countries.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Perform 1st – 2nd level support of various applications (depends on the project)
• Analyze, process and handle production issues in collaboration with users, application vendors and other system support teams
• Participate in investigation and resolution of technical issues
Qualifications
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Advanced in English and German
• Any level of experience in System Administration such as Windows, Linux, Unix
• Understanding of Incident/Change Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
WHAT WE OFFER
Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1200 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
