YOUR MISSION: 

• Lead and support sourcing activities, including complex sourcing exercises, RFIs, and RFPs, to deliver category strategies and achieve market unit objectives. 

• Conduct upfront market research and supplier identification to inform category projects and procurement decisions. 

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and effective execution of sourcing, procurement, and category management activities. 

• Analyze sourcing activities and supplier performance, contributing to KPI reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement in category strategy delivery. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at both global and market unit levels to support effective category delivery. 

• Perform total cost of ownership analyses to evaluate and drive continuous cost improvement initiatives. 

• Gather and prepare monthly performance data, executive reports, and presentations to inform decision-making and track progress. 

• Support additional functions such as supply market research, sales and business development, spend and contract analysis, category planning, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver business objectives.
