Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the Learning strategic agenda within Legal. The Legal Learning Manager will support the implementation and deployment of Legal’s Learning strategy and activities, policies, standards and approaches. They will assist in the development and implementation of learning plans for Legal teams in line with the strategy; help drive learning awareness and uptake, record and monitor learning outcomes,  and drive quality, consistency and alignment through these plans. 


Supporting Legal’s Learning strategic agenda: 
Implementing and communicating Learning strategic priorities, policies, standards and guidelines. 
Helping develop and implement Learning effectiveness and quality measures 
Creating, collecting and making available Learning content; ensuring this is regularly reviewed and kept current: 
Supporting the development, customization, and sourcing of learning content.  
Managing initiatives to re-engineer/improve existing learning processes. 
Building relationships with key groups to understand and anticipate evolving Learning requirements: 
Working with the internal legal team and contacts to ensure learning content is fit for purpose, and to identify learning gaps
Liaising with the Talent and HR organizations to ensure alignment with talent priorities and other Accenture initiatives. 
Partnering with the CoE to build and deploy learning solutions to meet local needs regarding capability development and leadership development (leveraging external vendors and Accenture Learning as appropriate)
Liaising with external legal partners and law firms to source learning content.
Support decisions on Learning investments: 
Supporting sourcing and vendor management for Learning services provided by third parties
Developing and promoting Learning cultures by facilitating engagement and communication across Legal: 
Active engagement with the Legal teams and influencing them to collaborate and contribute towards Learning initiatives
Supporting targeted Learning forums, events and networking activities.  



Undergraduate degree required
Learning accreditation or equivalent preferred 
Minimum of 7 years experience in a learning role(s)
Experience of deploying Learning strategies, policies and initiatives
Experience of planning and implementing capability development and leadership development programmes
Experience of training models including curriculum planning, training structuring and training delivery
Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and external vendors
Strong evaluation and problem-solving skills: able to identify the real issue, and to anticipate requirements and potential consequences.
Logical reasoning: able to demonstrate rationale behind any recommendations and achieve consensus around proposed outcomes
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills: able to deal confidently, tactfully and appropriately with people of different disciplines and at all levels of the organization
Strong influencing and negotiation skills: able to build strong relationships with multiple global stakeholders quickly via virtual tools; listen, understand and respond to any concerns.
Prioritization skills: Comfortable working within a large and complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interest groups. 
Task management: Professional and organized approach to delivery. Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales, with minimal supervision.
Strategic thinking and innovation: Able to think strategically but also willing and able to roll their sleeves up and do whatever is needed to achieve key business objectives, diving into detail where necessary.
Influence and communication: Able to be highly credible and persuasive, influencing key stakeholders and effecting change with or without direct reporting authority.
Collaboration: Able to work well with others, to build strong relationships, to share knowledge and expertise to foster a sense of trust.
Drive: Commitment to getting things done, including self-sufficiency and the lack of need for detailed direction.
Flexibility: Ability to manage diary and working pattern to enable more interactions with global stakeholders.

Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 3650 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
