Job Description

•            Support implementation of the Global & Regional Flexible Workforce Category strategy for UKI local projects and initiatives.
•            Negotiate and deploy Accenture contracts to suppliers, including best practices metrics & SLA, in collaboration with Legal department
•            Maintain the established Monthly reporting for the UKI Flex workforce Category
•            Support roll-out of global/regional sourcing initiatives within the UKI.
•            Manage internal stakeholders’ feedback on category organization & supplier performance
•            Create supplier(s) in purchasing system assessing the right buying channels (Buy on Contract, Ariba Network etc. …).
•            When applicable, support development of global end to end procurement process, templates and tools.
•            Modify the process, as required, to meet unique regional category specific requirements.
•            Maintain relationship with GU Category Lead, Cx Team – UK, Ireland based, Local Business Stakeholders and GU Procurement Lead.

•            A bachelor`s degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, procurement or comparable professional education.
•            3 years working experience in Procurement preferably in the commodities in scope including good understanding of procurement processes and good understanding of relevant industry.
•            Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written & oral), interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
•            Strong relationship management skills and a proactive customer-focused approach.
•            Ability to understand and communicate UKI nuances (market, process, relationships)
•            Comfortable working in a matrix type organization.
•            Fluent in English and good level of Excel.
