As Talent Fulfillment associate you’ll be part of HR Scheduling team which main responsibility is to find suitable position for our employees on client project.


WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Ensure accurate data entry in several internal scheduling tools on daily basis

Process bookings/roll of dates/confirm extension of people in current roles 

Manage communication of common mailbox of scheduling team

Prepare regular reports and proactively address availability of people with their skills to other Talent Fulfillment Specialists in region 

Make scheduling decisions considering and balancing our principles and always reflecting our Core Values

Manage individual chargeability of people in their resource pool

Manage and track people productivity metrics such as chargeability, bench, average time to fill demands for their respective resource pool

Getting people staffed under these resource pools with respect and/or support individual people to their needs, preferences, skills, etc. and matching them to roles accordingly

Meet challenging/key timelines

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities – Talent Fulfillment associate aligned to the CoE will work to define standard processes, best practices, tools, training, and technology requirements to better enable the activities outlined above.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

University degree preferred
1+ years of relevant work experience in reporting, 
•       HR, administrative role preferable
User level of MS Excel (tables, VLOOKUP, IF, pivot tables)
Advanced in English, German or other language is a Plus 
Ability to cope with multiple parallel assignments and prioritize tasks effectively in stressful environment
Team player with very good interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Precise and analytical skills
