As an Administrator, upon completion of wide range of trainings you’ll start work with handling of incidents which are joined with applications.
You will support the customers by analyzing technical issues including problems in application functionalities and participate in investigation and resolution of problems.
  • Resolution IT incidents mainly focused on Linux OS
  • Investigating, trouble shooting and tracking the issues raised by the end user
  • Distribution and management of incidents to other support level groups, if necessary
  • Analyzing and providing feedback on the deployment process and technology improvements throughout lifecycle
  • Developing, fostering and maintaining effective customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of Linux Administration – advanced

  • Understanding of Incident and Change Management 

  • Possessing at least basic knowledge of SQL and are familiar with database concepts

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality

  • Not afraid of learning new, market demanded (and valued) technologies and products

  • Excellent communication, inter-personal, documentation, and troubleshooting skills

  • Flexible in terms of accepting the short-term travelling abroad 

Language skills:

  • Advanced English skill
  • Any level of German is an advantage
