The Employee will work as a Grafton's Contractor for Accenture (limited working contract for 1 year).


• Responsibility for recruiting pipeline of IT profiles, meeting recruiting targets for Technology division

• Screening applications, conducting face to face interviews with candidates, scheduling second interviews and managing contracts for candidates

• Participation and preparation of recruiting and sourcing events and activities

• Understand recruiting demand and skill profiles

• Working with recruiting system accordingly recruiting needs and processes

• Ensuring all paperwork related to candidates documentation and contracts is done and prepared for further use

• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy and internal controls

• Following recruiting process and propose improvements

• Team spirit contribution

• Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations

• Cooperation with internal clients



• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment

• University degree

• Communication skills (able to handle proactive “direct cold calls”)

• Ability to search candidates on the internet (social media like LinkedIn etc.)

• Ability to search in databases

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Office)

• Good team player with interpersonal skills

• Must be able to pay attention to details

• Good problem solver and good organizational skills

• Fluent level of English language


Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay ranges from 1 350 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
