As a Visual Designer from the Customer Experience (CX) Team within Accenture Interactive, I help our clients transform their end-users’ experience through the effective use of colours, typography, imagery and layout.
As part of the CX team, I am also involved in various CX activities across Discover, Design, Develop, and Optimise. These include Customer Immersion and Usability Testing which aligns with the Human-centered design approach to problem-solving.
I have been quite lucky to wake up in different countries in my career with Accenture – Philippines, America, Thailand and of course, Singapore. My days vary too, ranging from doing design work, sitting in front of the laptop churning screens the entire day to roaming the streets conducting usability testing, or running a workshop with client stakeholders.
I am also part of the Accenture Rec Club Singapore main committee which helps promote well-being and create wonderful memories for Accenture employees through various events and activities.
I enjoy taking long walks and exploring new places. I am also constantly present in my environment, observing my surroundings for inspiration, thinking up solutions for problems perceived, or just appreciating the simple joys of life.
Good food and a nice massage are sure ways to brighten my day. I also love spending time with close friends and loved ones.
