I’m an Account Leadership Manager in Operations. I work every day to deliver my best for my client and for the people I work with. My role is to make sure that my clients are always being served the best of Accenture, in terms of above and beyond delivery of existing projects, as well as ideas for new opportunities. It takes a village to make this happen, so I achieve it with the help of multiple amazing people at Accenture.
The work we do within Operations is closely aligned with our purpose. Every day, we strive to deliver results for our clients, utilizing the best people and technologies Accenture has to offer. We differentiate ourselves not only by the talent of our teams but also by the combination of our talent and technology. We continue to hire topnotch people and work with cutting edge technology to keep providing customer delight.
Some of the most exciting projects I worked on involved kicking off new engagements with my client and building a team from scratch. I had to work with the client to understand the need, mobilize the recruitment efforts, build the team, train our people and make sure everything was up and running on time. It was the ultimate Project Management challenge, but I enjoyed every super-busy moment of it. To this day, I truly enjoy working with the teams I have built and the people I helped hire three years ago.

Every day is different in my role, which helps keep things exciting every year. Some days are more focused on ideating and building new client opportunities, whereas others are dedicated to fixing problems for my people and my clients. I work very closely with our delivery teams and leads to make sure we consistently meet our client deliverables and provide customer delight. Working across several different programs usually means having to solve various problems every day, which I love doing.
I am also very passionate about bringing my whole self to work, and I hope others do so as well. I value compassion and empathy within workspaces. I lead inclusion and diversity efforts within my teams, and I try to surround myself with people of diverse backgrounds.
I also love continuous learning while on the job, and I lead the Capability Development initiatives within my teams. I build learning programs and opportunities for everyone in my teams every month.
Work gets busy and demanding from time to time, and therefore I believe in taking the best care of the people who work in my teams. I am a Mental Health ally, and I make sure people in my teams have access to mental health resources when needed.
The favorite part about my Accenture experience is the people whom I work with every day! I feel very lucky to be supported by my managers, my own team, and cross-functional teams alike. I enjoy collaborating with everyone, and working with people across our global networks too.
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out on my patio, where I grow some plants and vegetables. I enjoy having my own lettuce and herbs for cooking. Quietly watching greenery with a coffee in hand is a daily habit for me. I also enjoy reading fiction and listening to podcasts whenever I can.
