Business & Integration Architecture Analyst
"It might not be easy, but it’s going to be worth it."
As a Business and Integration Architecture Analyst in Accenture, I’ve worked with clients to assess their business processes and technical capabilities. With that knowledge, I identify high-level requirements, of which involves the SAP HR system that handles the employees’ data ranging from their Personal Data, Leave Applications and Payroll.
I’m also involved in the end-to-end implementation of Change Requests (which are enhancement projects), as well as work on the project’s detailed design, configuration, testing and deployment. On top of all that, I provide production support for the SAP HR system, which includes investigating system problems, liaising with the development team, as well as testing and addressing the enquiries and issues of business users.

My typical day at work? There are no typical days! What I do is so dynamic and ever-changing – from meetings with business process users, debugging, testing and more. I am really learning something new every single day.
Besides my current project, I also help with event planning in the SAP department and I’m part of our Technology Analyst Program Engagement committee, where I’m in charge of creating content to engage with the TAP community.
I have done so many things in my one year in Accenture, from running and presenting virtual workshops, managing the communication plan and even creating content such as promotional videos, and even got involved with the graphic design SAP Week 2020, Accenture’s first-ever large-scale internal event that includes the showcasing of projects the SAP department has done. There were also several knowledge exchange talks by our leadership, with participation from thousands of employees across the region. It has been an eye-opening and great learning experience for me!
