Accenture Interactive helps CDOs and Digital commerce organizations drive superior performance through relevance at scale. We offer a comprehensive suite of Strategy, consulting and technology to drive up commerce performance, drive down the operational cost and create relevant consumer experiences on a massive scale. Specifically, we:

  • Help companies better understand consumers and how to connect with them across markets and channels.

  • Design and deliver highly relevant experiences for consumers in real time, using the latest technologies to increase awareness, sales and profits.

  • Optimize digital commerce processes and integrate across the enterprise in order to maximize the opportunities of acquisition, conversions and retentions.

  • We build, deploy, maintain and scale digital commerce solutions that supports scale, reduce complexity and cost

  • Partner and team with technology platform providers and creative agencies to deliver the best solution meeting the needs of our clients

  • Offer our clients end to end solutions and services that are scalable in Customer experience journey definition, user experience, prototyping, Platform implementation, custom solutions, legacy , social and 3rd party integrations that supports all client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large scale digital commerce technology and transformation solutions including but not limited to content management systems, commerce platforms,  CRM, marketing automation tools, analytics and personalization engines.

  • Consult and conceive solutions for CDOs to transform their digital commerce technology landscape.

  • Engage with senior client stakeholders, map business needs, build architectures and roadmaps for digital commerce transformation.

  • Engage closely with senior client stakeholders and perform advisory roles to drive digital commerce transformations.

  • Support sales teams in creating solutions during pre-sales processes.

  • Build and grow digital commerce tech team within the Accenture delivery practice.

  • Deliver projects on time and on budget.

  • Inspire and grow team in the digital commerce technology space, provide mentorship and thought leadership to the team

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in delivering digital commerce solutions

  • Solid understanding of digital commerce, digital commerce technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers.

  • Ability to lead large digital commerce implementations and think through business and technology with ease.

  • Relevant technical skills may include Digital commerce implementation(SAP/ Salesforce / Adobe commerce cloud implementation), CRM, Personalization implementation (Adobe target), Web Analytics (Google or Adobe), Solution Architecture, Design, integration architecture and experience in mobile app implementation  

  • Tech Stack: Adobe commerce cloud or Salesforce commerce cloud or SAP Commerce cloud or commerce tools and Shopify or bigcommerce
