What You’ll do:

The Content Strategist works closely with our UX and Marketing teams to establish a strong narrative on how clients can build authentic, compelling and relevant brand experiences with their consumers. This role seeks to provide our clients with advisory support on how they can augment existing content operations or enhance content creation for customer engagement, to support overarching business goals and drive business results.

The Content Strategist should act as the go-to person for the following areas:

  • Assess content on digital platforms and generate insights via data analysis, user research, benchmarking, heuristic assessment and content audits. This includes the ability to identify high-impact improvement opportunities across all content areas

  • Possess a good understand of SEO best practices and is equipped with the know-how to apply SEO to content pieces

  • Perform and work alongside UX and / or Marketing teams to perform in-depth analysis and identify root causes of experience issues contributed by Content

  • Define content vision and develop content guidelines / tone of voice for brands to create consistent and engaging content

  • Architect go-to-market content strategy by identifying what types of content to be created to engage with different customer segments and determining content lifecycle processes to be streamlined or augmented for efficiency of internal operations

  • Create and manage content calendars, and develop content briefs capturing the necessary requirements for copywriters to produce high quality content assets. Produce performance report for content developed to measure efficacy of assets

  • Identify and monitor content experience metrics that assess the efficacy of content. Make recommendations for content optimization tactics improve content targeting and measurement

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an advertising, digital media company

  • Excellent English language proficiency with a distinctive wit and flair

  • Strong writing skills and project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of content marketing best practices

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing platforms, such as content management, web analytics, web content management and email service platforms is helpful (hands-on experience is not required)
