Job Specifications:

  • Support the development of a Growth Markets ABM Centre of Excellence, upskilling and connecting ABM practitioners, and driving best practice across the region .

  • Develop and execute the account-based marketing strategy for 1-2 local priority accounts; working in close collaboration with the account team to ensure activity is aligned to their growth objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for the account team, working hand-in-hand with industry and local marketing colleagues to activate relevant marketing campaigns, content and events within the account and blending the right mix of bespoke tactics and channels to reach and engage the target decision makers and buyers

  • Understand the needs and challenges faced by ABMers across Growth Markets to identify future optimisation initiatives and opportunities for training and development 

  • Support the tailoring and roll-out of the ABM learning and development curriculum in Growth Markets

  • Proactively keep up to date with ABM best practices and identify ways to share and embed these within the GM ABM community at Accenture

  • Identify ABM excellence demonstrated within existing programmes and find ways to scale and enable industrialisation through the creation of self-serve reusable and customisable templates and assets

  • Taking the lead in understanding new tools and platforms rolled out to Marketing + Communications; defining the requirements for ABM; creating and delivering training specific to ABMers 

  • Develop and execute creative and innovative x-account campaigns to enable activation of Accenture priority content across priority clients, with a focus on an accessible “opt in” process which allows all ABMers and industry marketers to easily tailor and activate the campaign within their accounts

  • Support the on-boarding of new ABMers across Growth Markets, providing access to training, tools and templates and helping them navigate Accenture effectively. Owning the GM ABM on-boarding materials

  • Set up and proactively manage x-GM ABM dashboard to demonstrate and optimise the impact of ABM across the market. Supporting ABMers in setting up their account-level dashboards which feed into this

  • Play a lead role in the GM ABM community, helping to shape the agenda around the needs of the community

Qualifications

Skills and Work Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable, e.g. reporting, campaign set up

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel  

Educational QualificationBachelor´s Degree in Marketing or similar areas

Other Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent

  • Significant B2B marketing experience required with particular focus on account-based marketing (ABM), pursuit / deal-based marketing and/or marketing strategy

  • Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management and deliverable development. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail

  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to derive actionable insights from data 

  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

  • Creative problem-solving skills, quick learner and ability to delve into the detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation

  • Team player with great interpersonal skills

  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns

  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
