Who We Are Looking For:
As a Marketing Advisory Associate Manager/Manager, you will be curious about what’s next for Marketing, we don’t expect you to have all the answers, but we want you to be curious enough to go and find that out. You’ll be someone who enjoys the ambiguity of thinking processes through, being agile as ideas evolve and enjoy working in co-creating environment to come up with solutions. The role offers variety of breadth but also depth, no two days are the same, one day you could be developing a vision for marketing transformation, or a roadmap for developing capabilities, or you could be project managing a client engagement, facilitating virtual workshops or leading key project workstreams. All while building trusted relationships with clients as a partner on their transformation journey.

Demonstrated interest in impacting people and teams through capability development
What experience do you need?
Experience of owning and building brands as a Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, across companies and industries well known for delivering data driven and digitally enabled consumer experiences
Agency/ consulting/ E-commerce marketplace experience developing and delivering data and tech enabled consumer experiences for brands
Familiarity with data & analytics, martech/ad tech stacks, e-commerce, performance marketing, brand building in a digital world etc and a clear understanding of how these come together to drive consumer impact, brand equity and business growth.
Experience as a ‘change agent’ – having led or helped shape transformation initiatives
Solid foundation in brand and marketing management fundamentals
