Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Engineering – Design and implement automation solutions (Rundeck, Ansible, Terraform, custom scripts in Python/Bash/PowerShell) to reduce manual effort, eliminate repetitive tasks, and accelerate service delivery.
  • Service Reliability & Availability – Engineer improvements that increase the resilience, recovery, and performance of infrastructure managed services.
  • Monitoring & Observability Enablement – Build and optimize automated monitoring, alerting, and logging workflows (e.g., Splunk) to enhance proactive issue detection and recovery.
  • Workflow Orchestration – Develop and manage end-to-end automation workflows that integrate APIs, microservices, and Accenture assets to standardize and scale operations.
  • Continuous Improvement – Lead initiatives that drive efficiency, reliability, and velocity in service delivery through automation-first practices.
  • Collaboration & Client Value – Work with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to embed automation into service delivery, demonstrating measurable improvements in reliability and efficiency

Must have:

  • Good Knowledge of Linux Systems
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring, logging, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks: Ansible, Terraform, Rundeck.
  • Experience with Git and version control practices.
  • Strong automation mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

  • operations support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale reliability engineering practices
  • Knowledge of API and microservices integration.
