The Mobility function runs one of the world’s largest corporate travel programs covering business travel, assignments and events across 120 countries. In a normal year we take care of over 300,000 travelers and over 50,000 assignees: providing a world-class service that allows Accenture’s travelers to have what they need to do their best work and serve our clients well.
We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as our Mobility Market Unit Lead for Southeast Asia (SEA) and help drive our mobility strategy across the region.
Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team of mobility professionals across the MU who provide stakeholder advisory across immigration, travel and meetings & events processes
- Foster strategic, effective & enduring relationships across Corporate Functions (HR, Employment Law, Employment Tax, V&A, etc.) and business leaders in the MU
- Partner to address various initiatives balancing global requests and local business needs
- Drive continuous improvement of policies to align with business goals and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Partners with the Designated Location Mobility MU Lead to ensure delivery of mobility services for the MU; provides SME guidance and insight on cultural considerations as well as local and political context
- Responsible for overall issue resolution from business leadership by coordinating across Mobility and key stakeholders
- Ownership of crisis support to ensure sufficient support & coverage across the MU, and globally
- Maintain local vendor relationships working with the Mobility Global Function Leads as required; partnering with Procurement as needed for RFP and local contracting.
- Responsible for V&A due diligence final review and sign off; Responsible for advisory and education for the HR and acquired leadership/employees throughout the V&A lifecycle
- Manage & participate in external & internal service & compliance audits
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Extensive managerial experience in global or regional mobility within a large, multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of immigration, taxation, and employment laws in Southeast Asia.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven leadership in managing mobility programs across multiple countries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Postgraduate degree in HR, business administration, international relations, or a related field is advantageous.
