Top 3 MUST have skills:
Experienced with designing & implementing enterprise container applications on /Tanzu/Kubernetes Orchestration platforms supporting containerized capabilities
Experienced with design highly available, fault tolerant and secure online systems based on gov requirements.
Able to present and articulate to respective client stakeholders on design, process, and implementation of solutions
Familiar with maintaining at scale enterprise online web architectures, microservices architectures
Good to have skills:
Familiar with agile process and tools so that can understand develop process and tools to support the delivery life cycle
Familiar with operations delivery of maintaining architectures (OS patching, application patches, performance monitoring/throughput, operational automation).
Familiar with Web application from end user interaction to backend (role of the sso, web server, app server, database and components supporting it)
Domain knowledge of integrating online, file base integration concepts (MQ, SFTP, file encryption etc) in gov API framework.
Main role and responsibilities
Able to lead a team of up to 04 pax across different technical skillsets. Own a team of engineers and products to design, build and maintain it.
Able to build workplan and drive the team to meet its objectives.
Able to design, implement development framework, runtime architectures (separating integration tiers and application tiers within).
Familiar with handling and maintaining enterprise architecture (3 tier architecture), up to 100 envs per site
Part in application architecture sessions with build teams to provide inputs on integration points like Web services, gov interfaces for MQ and SFTP .
Familiar with designing, implementing & administering enterprise level Kubernetes platforms like tanzu/cloud foundation.
Familiar with container provisioning, images, repository lifecyle concepts & deployment of container centric services.
Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and automation concepts.
Familiar with maintaining at enterprise Architectures including web application, Microservices.
Familiar with integrating different products together in a platform on an enterprise level.
Familiar with setting and defining operational processes.
OS level patching
Application-level patching
Operational housekeeping and archival.
Backup and recovery etc
Familiar with gov level security concepts in hardening, scanning, security posture and mindset.
Technologies & Skills Required
OpenShift/Tanzu/CloudFoundation Administration.
Microservices Architecture Setup & Maintenance
AquaSec Container Security (nice to have)
MSSQL/mySQL/db2 Technical Knowledge
IBM CloudPak4Integration Technical Knowledge
Weblogic/Websphere Application Server Administration.
Infra as Code using Ansible/Terraform Scripting (nice to have)
