Executive Search Consultant – Leadership Recruitment

The Accenture Leadership Recruitment practice is an in-house executive search function that identifies, cultivates and attracts senior leadership talent to support the growth of our Accenture businesses worldwide.

The Executive Search Consultant plays a key support role within this team in leading the identification, engagement and nurturing of senior talent for critical leadership roles across Growth Markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the confidential research and talent identification to identify and present best-in-class leadership talent for Accenture, with a particular focus on the Diversity agenda

  • Produce detailed candidate longlists/ shortlists, market & competitor intelligence reports for hiring sponsors to influence targeted talent strategies

  • Proactively build a talent pool of senior executives in the Growth markets and understand the competitive landscape and Accenture value proposition in their space.

  • Discover and exploit new, efficient, effective and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs.

  • Provide world class candidate experience to the candidates/ prospects and be the ambassador/ custodian of Accenture’s Talent brand

  • Provide external benchmark candidate recommendations to establish and support a more rigorous process around internal leadership searches.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of Executive Search/ Talent sourcing experience.

  • Prior experience in External Executive Search or Agency recruitment is preferred. 

  • Experience with sourcing candidates with focus on Technology is preferred.

  • Strong relationship building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, working within a large, complex global business

  • Ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers

  • Previous experience working with global teams is preferred

  • Strong understanding of the market as it relates to Senior Executive talent

  • Passion for recruitment and the ways it can transform organizations

  • Strong research skills and ability to think creatively to uncover the strongest candidate profiles

  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) at the C-suite level

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
