Strategy and Consulting works with C-suite executives and boards of the world’s leading organizations, helping them accelerate their digital transformation to enhance competitiveness, grow profitability and deliver sustainable stakeholder value. Consulting Manager, Communications, Media & Technology (CMT)
Design and implement business solutions that drive industry, function and technology transformations. Define the strategy and actions needed to achieve clients business objectives. Analyze current state and design new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets. Implement programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
Market segmentation and customer value management analysis
GTM strategy development including proposition and telco/ICT campaign design and execution
Process analysis and reimagination
Change management design and program management
Commercial / business casing
Human-centred UX design experience and agile principles
Qualifications
The requirements
Minimum 7-9 years consulting experience or an industry business partnering / strategy role
Experience in CMT/ TMT industries
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent leadership and management skills
