Portfolio & Del Mgmt Associate Director

Originate new sales opportunities unrelated to extensions or renewals in a complex environment, typically cross service-group. Lead early stage positioning with clients and develop and execute the origination strategy to identify and qualify specific opportunities. Continue working with the sales team to ensure closure of sales. May focus on a single large account, leveraging deep content knowledge and client relationships to originate and close opportunities at that client.

Job Description:

  • Requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture.
  • Requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility.
  • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters.
  • Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision-making ability

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Relationships

  • Quickly develop & leverage strong, credible relationships with key client decision makers spanning multiple layers of organization
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure efficient and effective use of business development resources Successfully lead and align a complex network of stakeholders

Grow a profitable sales pipeline and/or backlog

  • Build a pipeline by originating opportunities, qualifying them and submitting a binding bid
  • Focus on opportunities that have a compelling value proposition to the client and are profitable to Accenture Create a compelling vision for the deal outcome, through active listening and using storytelling and immersive experiences

Participate in the Sales Process

  • Remain involved through the deal life cycle, and support the Sales Capture lead in the closing opportunities in the circumstances where there is a separate sales capture lead
  • Establish initial qualification and win strategy and initial power map to qualify deals that are winnable and deliverable


Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Rich experience in the Finance Services industry with in-depth industry expertise including the industry/digital/technology trends. Candidates with F&A/HR/Procurement/Supply Chain and Marketing Domain capability wil be an added advantages.
  • Preferred having at least 10 years working experience in consulting or account management
  • Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role
  • Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
