Job Profile Summary

  • This role will report to SEA HR Lead and manage total rewards across SEA for Accenture

  • Manage service delivery of Compensation, Comp Admin, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions.

  • Manage delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams. Design, build and communicate HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals.

  • Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert and main point of contact for all issues related to Total Rewards for SEA

  • Manage service delivery of Compensation, Annual Planning, Global Equity, Benefits, and Pensions Admin functions. Manage delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams.

  • Design, build and communicate HR programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals.

  • Manage Executive Compensation process including MD salary proposals and annual MD process.

  • Work with the HR and Business Leaders to understand business/people strategy in order to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to finalize overall Total Rewards Management budget requirements

  • Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.

  • Accountable for market data collection, analysis and target development. Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with the compensation and benefits/pension strategy and direction for SEA

  • Analyze performance metrics. Provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function

  • Work with SEA Leadership and CoE Interlock to define the compensation framework and future developments and coordinate with HRBPs to implement compensation processes

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline

  • Solid understanding of full spectrum of Total Rewards and at least 13 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits

  • Ability to cope well with ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mind, keen eye for detail, innovative problem solving and decision making

  • Strong leadership skills and able to manage a team in different locations

  • Strong collaboration and partnering capabilities combined with a demonstrated ability to influence
