Program Associate Manager/Manager

Accenture’s global External Advisors program is a trusted panel of external experts and thought leaders to engaged with us to help connect, collaborate and shape the future of business. Our world-class program will include ~60 external ex-CxO, academics & thought leaders.  This esteemed group will engage with our teams, our clients, our partners & the public to share their expertise, challenge our thinking and improve our assets, content & market positioning.

The Program’s Growth Markets Associate Manager will assist the Principal Director and other core to members with executing the end-to-end global External Advisors Program, including running core processes & governance; ensuring timely onboarding of External Advisors; developing and delivering key internal communications; working with in-Market teams/ programs; and ensuring our External Advisors have a positive and engaging experience.

Responsibilities include:

Governance & Process:

  • Support the Principal Director with running governance of program – including Steering committee and S&C/ GMC read-out requirements

  • Develop & execute Market-specific Program awareness, stakeholder management & activation within all S&C practices, MUs and across all Services

  • Actively promote engagement across the Market & MUs, with Offering Development, Learning, Business Operations, Marketing and Research

Advisors Nomination & Onboarding Process:

  • Work with Market & MU Leadership to make recommendations to expand coverage in targeted, priority areas

  • Support the Principal Director with specific processes with Procurement, Legal, and Invoicing related steps, jointly with Procurement, Legal, and the supplier teams

  • Provide input into commercial constructs to meet needs for Relationship Managers (RMs) and External Advisors – with Procurement /Legal

  • Support data gathering, profile-building over to final agreement/ onboarding and supplier-set up for invoicing

  • Proactively support integration & synergies with existing similar programs (Liquid Luminaries; MU specific programs)

  • Act as a trusted advisor, partner and support to in Market Relationship Managers

Tracking & Management:

Monitor, track and drive discussions on key metrics to ensure External Advisors are being leveraged and engaged appropriated

  • Manage budget related to program

  • Manage and report on External Advisors engagement, satisfaction & feedback

Communications:

  • Support Principal Director in collaboration with M+C team to establish/ coordinate appropriate internal community and communication content+activities to create a strong awareness of the program

Marketing:

  • Liaise with M+C to identify ideas for external engagement of Advisors

Senior Advisor Experience:

  • Support Principal Director to prepare, schedule & facilitate 3x/year External Advisors engagement sessions & Networking events

  • Support Principal Director to plan, schedule & execute additional Networking and Engagement opportunities (e.g., Diamond Client Forum, Innovation summits, MU I&D events, more)

  • Manage the in-Market EA Concierge Service

  • Assist in direct External Advisor relationship management, as necessary, to support our internal relationship owners

Relationship Manager Experience:

  • Support the RMs in all respects of the program – acting as a key point of content across the core team for process, issue resolution, feedback and more

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in leading business operations, client projects and/or HR in a business group or Market or geographic unit preferred

  • Experience with Relationship & Event Management preferred

  • Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills  

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

  • Proven team management skills and proactive mindset

  • Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

  • Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities
