Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the right creative director will bring a mix of integrated marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued clients. We’re looking for an experienced manager of people, someone that can inspire others, taking our creative to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

You will advise our multidisciplinary teams in imagining and designing brand experiences, content and services which help our clients connect and influence behaviour today. Working with the other pilers of design, build and run, you will help accelerate the adoption of a unified brand experience, with the objective of transforming clients’ business and our agency’s creative output and capabilities.

Responsibilities

The role is wide-ranging and will be developed in consultation with the successful candidate. However, it is expected to include the following responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the creation of all work falling under our communicate practice

  • Work with Communicate Business leads to build up capabilities and business across SEA

  • Lead the Creative Team with a vision for brand experience, which inspires and differentiates the agency as a whole.

  • Develop broad creative platforms that help our client’s brands connect with audiences through a range of experiences and touchpoints

  • Simplify the complex – whether that’s helping a client step into new territories, refining messages, or leveraging new technology and developments

  • Develop the creative team to extend its capabilities, adding missing skills through hiring or training to deliver innovative creative approaches in line with your digital vision.

  • Evaluate concepts, brand Strategy, UX, Copy, Art-direction and Design, and provide direction

  • Act as a thought leader, and demonstrate this through original workshop content, client presentations, and published content, which demonstrates your view on creativity as it relates to the healthcare industry today

  • Develop and create relationship with our global creative agency network  (D5, Karmarama, monkeys etc)

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting

  • Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision to delivery

  • Understanding and past experience creating integrated brand experiences across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print

  • Proven experience with concept development

  • Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
