Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver and execute on technical design solutions, customising where required, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Experience Cloud

  • Lead large scale Digital Experience implementations with the Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development and integration.

  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures with packaged software and cloud native technologies

  • Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements

  • Provide deep knowledge expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and working knowledge of at least one other Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products

  • Resolve integration and interface issues between various back-end systems

  • Optimize application performance, scalability and security

  • Assist Project Leadership with conducting project planning, risk identification and mitigation planning

  • Provide strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback

  • Independently lead the estimation effort for a project

  • Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualifications

  • Showcase your AEM expertise by leading/educating others on the functional and technical capabilities

  • Lead an offshore or remote Agile based development team(s) and perform code reviews

  • Defining/designing/implementing the development architecture leveraging CI/CD principles

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering marketing solutions, including 5 to 7 years in the industry/ domain

  • Solid understanding of marketing, marketing technologies and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers

  • Deep knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, style sheets, MMPs, Analytics tracking and Dashboarding, APIs etc.)

  • Experience working with APIs – SOAP and REST based APIs

  • Strong knowledge and use of APIs, web services

  • Proficiency in coding and programming applications in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript

  • Work efficiently both independently and as a member of a team
