Business Operations Manager
The SEA Client Group Business Operations Lead supports the Market Unit Director of Operations and business leads to deliver business outcomes and enabling the Director of Operations and business leaders to spend time focused on market facing activities. The Bus Ops lead acts as the interlock between business leaders, HR, Finance, and other Corporate Functions, engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders across the Market Unit. They will monitor, report progress and act upon the results, and may have responsibilities for financial and operational management. In collaboration with Leadership team, the role has wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments, and manages large complex teams and/or work efforts, ensuring high levels of quality, cooperatively enabling the results.
The SEA Business Operations Lead will also work as a trusted business advisor, bringing together Accenture's assets, tools and best practices to shape solutions, and to solve the most critical business needs. Bring together the right Accenture team to drive operational efficiency, business controls, execution and compliance.
Support Market Unit Lead and Director of Operations in executing the Market Unit business strategy, driving operational excellence and supporting their P&L management accountabilities.
Act a business integrator, collaborate closely with different business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing and Legal to facilitate smooth business operations to achieve business priorities, campaigns and initiatives planned.
Support the business leads in establishing the mission, vision and goals to align with business and operational objectives
Lead, manage and develop a team of business operations professional in SEA client groups and services. Ensure that business operations and related work teams have clear strategies and approaches in place to support the Market Unit.
Develop and improve standardized operation processes, drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization program for operational processes, managing critical program dependencies.
Program managing the implementation of the strategy across market unit, support to the monthly SEA Market Unit Operating Committee and Leadership Council in execution of the next generation growth model.
Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders
Use, develop and oversee implementation for best practices/assets of our global organisation in accordance with global directions and rules; develop operational excellence initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
Manage business operations risk and issues across the Market Unit
Support other initiatives as they arise
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Experience in leading business operations in a business group or Market or geographic unit preferred
Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Proven team management skills
Demonstrated confidence and assertiveness in working with Senior Leadership
Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
