Job Specifications 

  • Managing ongoing people communications programs including:

  • Maintaining and improving the Growth Markets internal site; constantly finding ways to communicate more effectively with people

  • Maintaining and improving the internal communications dashboard; digging into metrics to help the team articulate how communications campaigns met business objectives

  • Supporting marketing and communications leads to create visuals and videos for internal and external campaigns e.g. SAP Street campaign

  • Providing support for internal and external virtual or physical events e.g. sponsorship events, virtual sessions

Qualifications

Skills and Work Experience 

  • Effective communication and organizational skills to interact with people in different departments across all levels

  • Strong writing skills

  • Strong analytical skills to be able to dissect metrics and draw meaningful insights that can be actioned on

  • Keen interest in understanding the complex Accenture environment and business imperatives

  • Knowledge of Wordpress, Adobe Analytics and video production, a plus

  • Logical thought processing; ability to apply logical concepts across multiple arenas

Educational Qualification     

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

You will play a vital role in shaping and executing Accenture’s marketing and communications campaigns within Growth Markets, a collective region made up of 21 countries around Asia Pacific, Middle East, South Africa and Latin America. The Growth Markets Marketing team is responsible for making sure that what we do and say within Growth Markets get amplified internally and externally. This is done through a mix of employee communications programs, executive leadership communications, events and thought leadership campaigns. Ultimately, the goal is to shape the voice of Growth Markets internally and externally, to grow our brand and business.
